About

Ali Hosseinian was born in 1985 in Mashhad. He became interested in photography when he entered conservatory in 2002 and began studying graphic design. After that he began to learn photography through self-study . He has pursued photography seriously since 2009, and has been taught by teachers like Hamid Reza Gilani Far and Noushin Vafadar. In 2010, he held his first solo exhibition titled Mashayieh ( walkers ) in Eshragh Art Gallery in Mashhad . In the same year, he began working as an expert at the Astan-e Ghods-e Razavi Institute of Artistic Creations. During this period he published several books including , " photographing The architecture of the Goharshad Mosque ", " photographing the architecture of ancient courtyard" , " photographing works of Illumination in Quranic Illumination Biennial " as well scanning and editing the old negatives of images related to Razavi Shrine to be used in exquisite books. His activities include membership in the National Association of Iran 's Photographers , Theaching at University of Applied Science and Technology, participation in a group photo exhibition called "A simple appointment" in 2012 , a group exhibition of three-dimensional images in 2013 and a solo exhibition named "The Days After Tenth" in 2013. He was also elected in the second and fourth festival of Ashoura Mourning Photo in 2009 and 2011, in the fourth Photo Contest of "sofre-e ha-e Husseini" in2012, in Ein Lam Mim festival in 2012, in the Second Festival of Golestaneh Photo in 2012, in the Second National Photography Festival in 2012, in Razavi Photo Festival in 2013, and in the Photo Festival of Khaneh-e Doust in 2014. He was also honored for the best image editing in the fifth National photo Festival in Mashhad in 2013.
